REFUND POLICY

KNG Cloth – Refund & Return Policy

At KNG Cloth, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and return guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Sale items, clearance items, gift cards, and custom/personalized products are non-refundable.

 

Return Process

  2. Pack the item securely, including your proof of purchase or order number.

  3. Ship your return to:
    KNG Cloth – Returns Department
    Address will be provided in separate email

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error or the product was defective.

 

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or style, please request an exchange when contacting us for a return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include photos of the product and packaging for faster resolution.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

 

Final Sale Items

  • All clearance, sale, and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
