At KNG Cloth, we aim to get your items to you quickly, safely, and affordably. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Please allow 7-10 business days for order processing before shipment.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Standard Shipping Only 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S.
International shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on the destination.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

KNG Cloth is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit once handed to the carrier.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
We are happy to assist in filing a claim if needed.
